As CEO, Nduduzo Mncwabe provides the global strategy. From his vantage point in China, he shapes our digital architecture and sources international partnerships that drive our tech capabilities forward.

Translating that vision into reality is COO Marvin Mncwabe. Based in South Africa, Marvin leverages his corporate and digital experience to command our daily operations, ensuring that every client interaction and partnership is delivered with precision.

We saw a structural silence in the South African economy: brilliant entrepreneurs remaining invisible because they lacked the digital and operational infrastructure to compete.
